Alison K. Bennett, M.S., a Senior Litigation and Communication Strategist, has accumulated extensive nationwide litigation and jury consulting experience. Ms. Bennett specializes in witness communication training, jury research, jury selection and facilitating shadow juries.

 

Ms. Bennett has consulted on high stakes matters involving patent and IP disputes, employment matters, contract disputes, securities fraud, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, toxic tort, white collar criminal indictments, business partnership disputes, product liability, aviation, medical malpractice, child custody, Federal Clean Air Act violations, capital murder (NDP), family estate disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, and others. Ms. Bennett also values pro bono work, and has worked on several cases with prosecutors for the Tarrant County Crimes Against Children Unit, along with providing many hours of pro bono witness communication training for CASA employees and volunteers.

Ms. Bennett has authored several journal articles, including articles for the Texas Bar Journal, the American Bar Association In-House Litigator, The Jury Expert, and Litigation Commentary and Review, and has been a featured speaker at a number of conferences, including ABA Section and CLE Teleconference events, as well as Texas Bar events.

 

Ms. Bennett graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University, with a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, Human Development and Communication Studies and a B.A. in Political Science. She serves on the Professional Standards Committee of American Society of Trial Consultants, and is an American Bar Association member, Litigation Section.
