November 17, 2014 Congrats to the trial teams from Winston & Strawn, Gibbs & Bruns, Bracewell & Giuliani, and Morgan Lewis for their defense verdict in Houston in the matter of Harris County v. International Paper, Waste Management, and MIMC. This was a very complex environmental case with a lot of science, but due to excellent lawyering and a strategic approach, the jury was able to get it right.
